Very happy with this product. Just remember when its beeping it means youre AWAY from the line and silent means youre over the line. Opposite of some other systems.

This item broke after 2 uses...we bought this to replace the one we bought a year ago... same product that ended up doing the same thing as the other one... company has not been the best to deal with. They said it will cost $165 each to fix plus shipping. Wouldn't recommend this product.

Mine did not come dead, they actually took the batteries out of two spots before shipping and put inside the case.
Do not like how headset fits in case, they could have made it a little better for 700 bucks. You should at least be able to keep a little set of hand tools/screwdriver or some extra stuff but nope... guess the plastic nowadays is expensive,seeing as most of its recycled..lol
And another thing to people who know how to use one dont think because you show someone how to use it dont think they know what they're doing unless they actually understand or have some basic electrical knowledge, I worked for and idiot for a few years that owns a bigger name company that bought one after i left and couldn't figure out how to use and and thought it was usless bc he was incompetent how can you have all that money not pay a dime in taxes go figure.. and be so stupid.. just goes to show you the people you could be sending to your customers house..
