This stuff really works! I really didn't believe that you could spray it on (no elbow grease required) and it would remove the mold all on it's own!! I live in a condo and the open back deck gets some sun in places and nothing in others, so I had some noticeable mildew growing on the walls and the deck. The walls were the most noticeable and after one spray coat, a day later the mildew was totally gone. I had an outdoor rug that I took up and this stuff removed all the dark spots from the decking that had been under the rug. My cement driveway also had some mildew. I sprayed it on and the mildew was gone in a day! Our decking is some type of composite material, builder grade. I was very happy with the results and will be purchasing it again each spring.

I used it on my patio, in Florida after a summer of rain and mildew made it very black. It killed the moss in the mortar right away, and the moss stayed dead for months. It lightened up the bricks on the raised patio, but it took a couple of weeks. I ended up having to pressure wash the paver patio that is flat on the ground, as it stayed pretty gray. Now that the solution is essentially washed off, I wonder if it will turn black again immediately, like it has every other time I have pressure washed this patio. I may respray the pavers in this ground patio again, even though they are now clean, just to keep them clean this fall.
So the effects are not instantaneous, true to its labeling, but it does appear to work for a long period of time. The bricks responded better than the white pavers. Mixing and spraying using a hand held spray pump was kind of a pain--measuring out the 5/1 or 9/1 ratio. 2 bottles were enough to finish 2 patios that are about 400 ft2 each, with a little left over, to hit the stubborn spots twice.

This product worked Decent enough. We had some moss buildup in a valley of our roof. We sprayed it, and within a few days it had come loose and fallen away. That said, this will only spray as far as your water pressure allows, and it really only cleared up the parts that got a heavy dose of the product. The rest that got a light spray (because we didn't have enough pressure to reach our high roof) turned brown and there it sits. The part that turned brown cleared off well enough when I climbed the ladder up there, and I feel this would have eliminated all of the moss had I been able to reach the top of the roof at that valley. Our roof is very high, and very pitched, which I also attribute to that being the reason this caused the part of the moss that did fall free, to come loose.
Other than that, if I had someone that works on roofs to climb to the top of my insane pitch of a roof, I feel this probably would have taken care of the problem. I just wish there had been a way for them to shape the sprayer to give it a bit of a boost to the spray vs the fan style mist that it actually sprays in.

Don't expect immediate results but it does work, slowly and over time. I used this spray on my sidewalk and purposely avoided a small area. After a few weeks I noticed the small area that I avoided still had light black mildew stains while the rest of my walk was clean. I also used this on my fence with similar but far less noticeable results. I resorted to power washing the fence and sealing it (Rain Guard product). Rather than an instant cleaner, think of this product as a barrier that slows the regrowth of mold and mildew. This is probably a good choice for cleaning areas around the home where power washing may not be practical or necessary (roof, shed, barn, shaded walkway, etc.).

This product had critical failure as soon as I opened the valve to spray it. It squirted everywhere but straight and when I tried to shut it off the valve leaked so bad and skirted everywhere including right into my face and eyes. My eyes are still burning I am furious with this product. Amazon refunded me plus $20 additional but not happy as my eyes are still burning. Buyer beware.
