These are actually healthy for you. Friends steered us on to these when we went to their house and they were sitting on the dining room table. The Dark chocolate with almonds. Needless to say, I dove into that jar! A small hand full before bed I believe even helped me sleep better. Superior Nut Co. has specialized in good quality chocolates and nuts. A family owned company that has existed for more than 60 years.

Even the company sent the chocolates with a ice bag and thermoshield, the chocolate covered almonds had melted!
I put the package in the refrigerator and chopped the bag into blocks. The product tasted great! I might try ordering again in the fall and winter.

I liked these so much that I only had to try one before I decided I needed to share the rest of them at work. If you like sweet with a hint of crunch this is the treat for you! There is also that bit of mystery as you try and figure what that residual flavor note is. This is also a great treat for those not so much into chocolate - after almonds the next ingredient is pure wholesome sugar! Words escape me as I try to think of more to say about this great product!
