This came with gaudges taken out on each bottom corner, the item is NOT the same design wood as picture and the magnet on one of the side openings is broken. The box had several chunks taken out of it and was taped up? We assumed originally it was just for shipping. Once we opened it and put the legs on we noticed the damage, which now appears the box was opened and re-taped.

Outer box looked like it was thrown from a truck. I carefully inspected the furniture was any damage. There were NONE. The armoire was well protected with heavy duty packing materials. It is well made and my daughter loves it. It was a gift for her.
Wife likes it but came with damage :-(

Overall happy with look of the Armoire. Box was caved in on one side upon arrival and thought - oh-no! 1)There was a little damage to finish on lower right side- which will not be seen where located in room, so a little staining and not too noticeable. 2) One of the drawer pegs that keep the drawers from coming out was loose in the drawer- so just had to tap back in with a hammer. 3) A lot of the screws on various pieced were loose- no surprise . 4) Worse issue was the right side door was broken. The top hinge was broke or was never connected- the pin was gone. Luckily I'm pretty handy and devised a way to repair the door using a screw as a pin and notching the top of the door to allow for the screw head. I figured fixing it myself was better then either waiting for replacement parts and/or returning for a another unit. This is an Anniversary present for my wife and did not want to wait for either!! She is happy with it and loves how it looks and the space it has for all her jewelry. Better packing would help!!!

When it had arrived it was double boxed and protected very well. It had no shipping damage what so ever. After removing it from the packing there was minimal assembly required. I installed the feet and the top cover which held a factory installed mirror. Everything was labeled, pre drilled, or tapped so it was easy to follow the supplied assembly instructions.
I bought this for my wife's birthday and she simply loves it! It is a solid piece of furniture, nicely built therefore , is not tippy when opening or closing the drawers or the lid on top. This unit has lots of room at the top, sides and seven drawers at the front.
When I had ordered it I was skeptical that it would not look like the one shown in the picture.
I just want to say it is exactly the way it was shown in the picture and it is beautiful! I also want to say that Amazon delivered earlier than expected.

Combination ten year anniversary and valentine's day present.
Pros - Wife loves it and has things stashed in every little corner of the thing. There are more drawers, holes and hooks than one can count.
Cons - Definitely not child proof (both of our kids routinely prove that), may need to strap it to the wall if you have that type of kid, and the shipping is a bit steep.
We had one issue - the thing arrived damaged. It clearly states that you need to contact the manufacturer directly for such problems. I contacted them (via letter in the mail is the only way possible) and asked for a replacement for the broken foot. Several weeks later it magically showed up in the mail without any other communication whatsoever from them. TRANSLATION - their customer service department is a bit short on communication skills but they seem to make it right if you have the patience to wait.
