I learned about the Almased weight management plan advertised in the "First for Women " magazine. I couldn't believe the benefits of how Almased works in your body to burn body fat. And, after several failed attempts over the years to loose weight; I decided to give this product a try. The plan consists of four phases. The first phase is the hardest because Almased is your meal replacement up to fourteen days. And, you can only have vegetable broth if you get hungry. Well, I love to snack and reach for chocolate when I'm stressed. This was very challenging for me so I modified the plan and ate tomato soup and vegetable broth in between the meal replacements. And, after the third day of fasting, I did not crave for any snacks. In fact, I lost a lot of water weight. I'm still in phase two for I can have one solid meal and have Almased for the other two meals. I lost 10 pounds and 3 inches off my waist line after phase one. And, I'm committed to stay on phase two until I go down a dress size. This will definitely

I love this stuff. I recommend it to anyone. I did it and lost 2 pounds after 1 week I can't wait to get to my ideal weight. Taste wise it's good not great and diffently not horrible. I love to put in a table spoon of peanut butter and flex seeds yummy. It's important to follow the diet plan located under the lid

For me, this product works just as it says it does. Fast weight loss, lots of energy and not starving all the time. I found it tastes best with vanilla unsweetened almond milk, two stevia packets and a T of cocoa powder. Lost 10 pounds the first week and 25 pounds the first month. Still losing and feeling great.

I'm sure that the product is great. It is just that I am pre-menopausal, so the soy threw me into hot flash city. So ladies, don't use this if you are in any stage of menopause.

I was looking for something to help me drop some pounds and decided to try this after reading all the positive reviews (all over the web). I started drinking it on Thursday (4 days ago). I only had one shake that day to try it. The best way to describe the taste, for me anyway is if you ground up plain cherrios. I have tried it a few different ways either with a 3-4 oz of almond or coconut milk (vanilla or chocolate unsweetened). When using almond milk, I do ice, almond milk, filtered water, 1 pack of stevia, about a teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon and some real vanilla extract. It is not yummy but it is not awful. It definitely fills me up for several hours. It also has made my skin look good and my digestion is better in the past few days than it had been in YEARS. After the first day, I started on 2 shakes per day breakfast and lunch. Yesterday I used a little bit of chocolate coconut milk, coconut oil and the Almased, no stevia required. Today, I tried a new recipe, I made it up: "Almond Joy" I used a 3oz coconut milk, filtered water, 1 tsp coconut oil, a tsp of almond butter and a little bit of coconut extract. It wasn't bad. I am really glad I found Almased because it makes me feel really good, a lot of energy and no negative side effects. The only negative about this product is the price. I am sure many would agree it is super high for one canister, which does not contain many servings, a week or so depending on the number of scoops you have to use. I have been using only 5-7 tbs, compared to the 8tbs I am supposed to be using. I have great hope that this will help me get to my goal weight...FINALLY! I will update my review periodically to record weight loss.
UPDATE: Best recipe yet. I used Almond Breeze Almond/Coconut milk unsweetened, 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple with the juice, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tsp of coconut extract, ice, Almased (and if i had had room in the blender cup i would have added about an inch of banana). It was awesome!

UPDATE: 3/11/16- Still using Almased...usually once to twice a day. My actually weight has not really moved but my muscle weight has gone up without exercise. I have a scale that weights bone, muscle, water, etc. I know it is accurate because I have compared the data to a fat monitor and other scales. So far 3 people that I see regularly have commented that I have lost a lot of weight. One guy I see every week at a Wellness Center and I saw him yesterday and this is the second time since I started Almased that he said, "You are losing weight fast!" It made me feel really good. I really like the taste of Almased now. My go to recipe is almond/coconut milk mix, ice, organic ceylon cinnamon, tbs of coconut oil, 2 packets of stevia in the raw, and vanilla. I ALWAYS drink it for breakfast no matter what. For lunch, sometimes I have Almased and sometimes I make a healthy lunch, like a black bean burger. For dinner, I always cook a healthy balanced dinner and I use a portion control plate so I do not over eat. If I get a sweet craving or get hungry later on, I make a small Almased shake with only 2 scoops. Typically, in each shake, I only use a max of 6 scoops. I drink about 100 oz of water (filtered) per day and include a little organic green tea in my first cup. I am very happy with this product and plan on continuing it for awhile. I am aiming to lose about 30-35 pounds. I have recommended this to several people since starting.

UPDATE: 3/18/16- My partner, who never notices any differences like hair cuts or weight loss has started to notice I am getting smaller. He said a few times now "You are starting to get skinny." I absolutely love Almased. I crave it everyday and usually have 3 shakes a day, even if I do eat dinner. I still have little cheats too and it doesn't seem to matter. My pants are falling off so it is about time to bring out the smaller size. I have not lost any muscle, in fact, my muscle weight has gone up. I have a scale that tells my muscle percentage as well as a body fat monitor. I have not been working out either. This stuff has given me great energy AND I sleep like a baby.

UPDATE: 4/10/16- So far I am down about 20lbs. since my highest weight in Sept. 2015. It is coming off slowly but it is surely coming off. My muscle tone is good. My skin looks good. My energy is good. I can actually not eat junk food for a snack and just have a shake with a couple tbs instead. Ice cream was always a huge downfall for me. A few weeks ago I bought my hubby some chocolate ice cream and tried a little bit. I actually realized I would rather have a shake instead, and I haven't had any ice cream since. Anytime I get cravings for something, I just make a shake with 3-4 tbs of Almased. My typical shake I only use 6 tbs, which is less than is recommended for me but it works for me. It does not taste chalky to me and it makes me feel good so I just stick with that. I am so happy my body is getting smaller and smaller. This is probably the best product I have ever used. I also comparison shop and use coupons codes, etc. to purchase it at the cheapest rate I can find because it is expensive. The expense is really the only down side at all for me. I plan on bringing my Almased and my blender on vacation with me. I NEED my 2 shakes per day. I actually crave it. The recipe I stick with now is 6 scoops Almased, 2 Stevia in the raw, a tsp of coconut oil, organic cacoa powder, vanilla extract, organic ceylon cinnamon (to taste) and coconut/almond unsweetened milk and ice. YUMM! Love it!

UPDATE: 4/30/16- Excited! Wearing clothes I have not been able to wear in YEARS. Down 2 full pants sizes since stating Almased. I am now using only 4tbs per shake and I have 3-4 shakes per day (same recipe as above otherwise) and I decent sized dinner. Losing fat at a steady pace. Very happy!
