received today hooked it up tuned all the knobs in hooked up to a 5/8 skip master aerial Also connected a Galaxy Echo Master powered base microphone have to let radio warm up for 10 min or so before operating.
radio seemed to be running hot from power supply so used a computer fan on top of radio now its not overheating and doesnt slide of frequency

Update: stopped working after 14 days.... returning. This is a good radio. You will need good lighting to see what the different knobs are until you get to memorize them..... and this radio requires a base station type antenna. I first had a 102" whip up.... I could receive well, but didn't get my audio out there. Went to a Solarcon Imax 2000. Now I'm broadcasting..... 10-4.
