I always use Goof Off and love the product, but I've never been able to buy such a large size. The local stores near me stock only small containers. This stuff gets rid of sticky residue better than anything I've ever tried...can't be beat!

The smell of the stuff alone could start a car it is powerful when it comes to the fumes but as far as the results go not too impressed for lighter stuff like stickers or thin tape comes off with rubbing it for thicker stuff I went through a whole bottle and I still have to get something else to take it off so I wasn't too impressed

not intended for sharpie as advertised

I don't think this is actually intended to remove sharpie from clothes as advertised. I had a light colored jacket with red and black sharpie on it. After three applications, the marker did fade considerably but did not disappear. Hope this helps someone else save their money in a similar situation.
