These work extremely well, and at least two times I've had a leak through the flapper they've stopped.
We always used to be at a flat monthly rate, but now are on a water meter. Just stopping chronic leaks with the toilet flappers should make this feature alone worthwhile! I will now stop buying the other brands I used to be loyal too, such as FluidMaster, and only buy this particular Korky model!

Received this product and installed in about 20 minutes. It works as it is supposed too. There are some bad reviews for this item but I think they are due to user error. If you install this as directed you should have no problems. The most important thing is getting the red plastic chain adjusted right. If you get it to tight you will have problems. If it's not tight enough it will not work properly. The chain is used to reset the safety feature that shuts off the water in case your toilet does not shut off for what ever reason. I have one toilet I did not even hook the chain up on I just remove the lift the lid off the tank and reset it manually.
