Fitting these together was like doing a bit of a puzzle, but I really like the way these mats feel under my feet. Also, they're super easy to clean; I had a friend who got a bit ill, I disinfected the mat with lysol, and rinsed with water, it was dry within minutes and you could not tell anything ever happened. The only con for me is the fact that it's not quite as pressure relieving on my joints as I was hoping for. I had purchased the mats for stretching and light calisthenics.

Great option for a gym floor. Thick enough that it is really comfortable and has plenty of cushion. Very easy to install and looks great. The edges of the pieces tend to pop up here and there but are easy to push back down. Probably a little more delicate than I was hoping (it dents easily even when light items are set on it, but so far the dents have all smoothed out after a little time). No issues with people jumping, sitting or walking on it. It was the perfect, affordable, quick option for turning my home office into a gym. Note: I took out the carpet but left the carpet pad under this flooring for extra cushion and it worked great, no sliding and very cushy.

I bought these to use as kneeling mats for working on cars, I love them so far. They are a little thicker than most so I can kneel down on a concrete floor and not feel it. We will just have to see how long they last.
