Excellent quality product. I purchased this specific model because I like the black color and not the tacky blue. Also because it had a ground three prong plug which will have less issues bending for better longevity. This heat gun should last for a long time. The two models below it do the same thing and have the same heat capabilities, this specific model has 3 programming settings to your desire. I love how you can stand it up on its back when it is hot and not in use.
On the other hand for the exorbitant price tag this should come with the case and nozzles. Designed in Germany but made in Romania or something. Also I wish the stainless steel nozzles and tips were way more readily available and less expensive on Amazon.com.
I wish it didn't look like a 1980s hair dryer, and I also wish it had more fan power, but this is about maintaining heat. Still I wish the fan was more powerful. In 2017 they will be releasing a new body design hopefully it is more ergonomic especially in reverse grip.
