My ear guy gave me this with my new hearing aid and.IT WORKS!

The product itself is great. I used the smaller bottle for a long time and use it frequently directly in my ear when they get irritated or chapped. The one complaint about the larger bottle is the nozzle opening grew with the size of the bottle. It comes out kind of quick and frequently gets on my dresser. While this was annoying at first I've realized it's become more of an issue than I realized. The oily residue it leaves behind is in the area I take care of my hearing aids nightly and if I absent mindedly place a battery in it, it usually messes up the battery, not much different from getting the battery wet. It makes the smaller bottle a more nimble, easier choice if you are sparing with its application.

This stuff really is miraculous. I would be miserable without it - really great for reducing irritation from hearing aids.

The fiance' has itchy ears and says this works very well to mitigate the symptoms.
