I was so looking forward to this arriving, so that I could quit ironing everything. But yet you sort of hold your breath hoping it will be all that you need it to be. In this case it is totally wonderful. All the parts are heavy duty, the spring that holds the bottom of the hose is very helpful. The water heats up within one minute to you are getting things done. It stores easy too, just wheel it into a closet. I do a lot of T-shirts and it takes only 2 minutes per shirt. I really feel my clothing will last longer too, the ironing every week was definately wearing things out. I did buy the Ove Glove too, I bought the left handed glove and it worked out perfect. There was a tip from another reviewer that said keeping a paper towel core really helps when you put it inside the sleeve and you are able to hold out the sleeve while you steam. I recently took a wool sweater vest out of the drawer where it had spent the summer. It was crumpled, creased, unwearable, un-ironable. Ah... but it was no problem at all for my new jiffy steamer. In two minutes or so, it was smooth and perfect. I love steaming tee-shirts -- ironing them is annoying and always sets in some strange lines and fine creases. Heavy cotton trousers, wool clothing, sythetics ... all the odd items that never iron quite right are no obstacle at all for my steamer.
I have found it best to put the wand inside the clothing and pull it towards me while steaming. Thinner tee-shirts I can iron from behind and the steam passes through both layers -- cuts my work in half. I have also rested my ironing board against the wall to use as a sort of steamer board but as I'm getting better at using my steamer, I find I don't need to bother with that.
I really like my steamer -- it's quick, easy, efficient, heats up fast, melts away wrinkles. Well-made and sturdy too. Impressive for the price. I recommend it.

I use this every day to steam whichever suit I pick out for my husband to wear. It is super easy to use, and so far there have been zero issues! We do turn it off AND unplug it to ensure the easy on/off button does not accidentally get bumped to the on position by a cat or a child - the water level must not go below a certain point or could damage the unit. This is easy to roll from room to room if needed and is very smooth. I hang the jacket on one side, and the slacks on the other. I love this item, I wish I had it for when I had purchased my curtains but alas I used the iron!
UPDATE 4 years later....... STILL LOVING IT!!!! Super easy to use, has worked nonstop, and I use it every day! A little tricky to unscrew the cap to refill.... usually needs hubby to do it, but I'm thankful its on there nice and snug! Cannot say enough great things about this one!

I have never owned another full-size vertical steamer, so I don't have much to compare it to. However, this thing heats up fast and steams out wrinkles in a hurry. I have had it for a few months and I wonder what took me so long to get one.
Pros:
Heats up fast
Steams out wrinkles
Seems well made
Magnetic wrench that sticks to the steamer makes changing the heads a snap (if you want to)
Con:
When you pull the water tank off to fill it, it always spills a little water out. They tell you to never let it run dry, so the way I see it is the water spill is unavoidable?
Notes: I thought I would use all of the attachments, but I really just use the clothing attachment. I can't see myself using it for carpet cleaning. Or if I did, I don't think the extra attachment will add any value. The hose is not very long and you would need to get down on your knees or hang the carpet up. At that point I don't think having the larger attachment adds much value anyway. Maybe I just don't understand the intended use.
Overall, I am very happy to have the steamer and use it every day.
