Excellent. Power cord shown in photo is incorrect. Worth extra cost to get switch with series plug.

Excellent unit. Well worth the extra cost to get it with such a convenient and tough cord-and-plug assembly. The power cord shown in the photo is incorrect. The cord from the switch goes to a combination plug-and-socket that you plug in series with the device you are controlling. The bad photo is not Amazon's fault. Linemaster doesn't have a photo of foot switch with the power cord on their website. The datasheet on the Linemaster website has this footnote for this model: "Supplied with 8 ft. 14/3 cord and 3 prong series plug; green lead grounded." The Amazon photo for a different, much lighter-duty Linemaster foot switch shows the style of power cord and plug: Linemaster T-91-SC3A Treadlite II Foot Switch, Electrical, Single Pedal, Momentary, SPDT Wired N.O., No Guard, Black, 8 ft. Cord with 3 prong plug
