This is a gorgeous table. I am very happy with it. If there is anything that could improve, it's 2 things, #1, the baskets where the balls go are hard plastic. Not a big deal, but they don't really fit with the well-made construction of the rest of the table. #2, Amazon cannot provide assembly services everywhere. I bought the service, the price was reasonable, but it was cancelled for lack of providers. I requested a "custom" service and was quoted a price that was double the original. This was also cancelled for lack of providers. We had to find our own service provider, which was no easy task, but they did an excellent job. So, aside from the sheer panic of having this table delivered in huge, heavy boxes; having them moved to our basement and then finding assemblers, it was a great choice. My kids and their friends play for hours and love it. Also, go with the slate, not slatron.
