Packers should know better than to lay chips on the bottom with heavy foods on top of them - why would anyone do that? - there's no way to use these chips for dipping you can only scoop up crumbs to mush and swallow, yuk! - A waste of money, time, and precious food. Again why would anyone put chips at the bottom of the bag with heavy items on top of them? I am livid: no chips for my dip.
