HEATS WELL, FIT NOT SO WELL
Amazon Customer•January 13, 2018
I'm a massage therapist and bought these to use on my clients. The boots are decent, just know what to expect because I didn't.
For one thing, the boots themselves run small. What makes it worse is that there's 3 small bands of elastic on the leg part which makes it extremely difficult to put on my clients feet.
The flaxseed is only bagged on top of the foot of the boot, making the distribution uneven. Because of this the boot doesn't feel as hot but the flaxseed part can be so hot and scorch their feet.
It states to heat no more than 30 seconds as it can burn the flaxeed, but in my microwave, it takes at LEAST one full minute, if not more just to make it warm.
All that being said, the boots are very well made and retain their heat well between 20-30 min.
I'm probably going to send mine back and look for ones that have flaxseed throughout the boot instead just the top like this one.

I love that the bottoms have microwaveable material and also on top of the feet. They do a wonderful job. I have two ideas how they could be better:
1) If they came in a darker color. I'm a little terrified of how this beautiful cream is going to look in a month.
2) If they were machine washable. Again, I have some terror of one month from now, both look and smell. Lavender only goes so far.
Meanwhile, they did the job really well for me and felt luxurious.

So cozy, I own lots of fuzzy socks but nothing can compare to the warmth and coziness of these.
I love the fact that these cover the ankles
H. Anderson•December 12, 2016
Positives: soft and cozy, I love the fact that these cover the ankles, they smell faintly herby when heated and are easy to walk in
Negatives: The grains are on the top and sides of the feet, not on the bottom. This does make the slippers easier to walk in but it means that on a cold floor the bottoms of the feet remain chilly.

Very soft and comfy

Mine don't look like this picture - they aren't "boots" they're slippers that go over/around your foot. Either way they're very soft and heat up very nicely. Feel great on your feet :)
