Easy to use, but the little bumps on the brackets don't really leave a mark on the wall to help position the picture properly. I had to mark the wall with a pencil to get things lined up correctly.
Great item to keep things up on the wall and not have the grandkids accidentally bump the picture and have it come crashing down.

Works as it should. Make sure you have the mounting screw that you turn with the tool close enough to the edge of the frame. If you have it too far in, then you won't be able to fully turn/lock it.
