This i the ankle brace to get... hands (feet) down. I had a hard sided one that just hurt me after wearing for a couple min while this one goes on and i can wear it for hours (18 holes of golf, 3+ hours at the bowling alley, couple hours on the disc golf course) with no discomfort. The only thing that is a negative (although i don't know how you could do it differently) is its makes a mess of itself when its off so there is no putting this thing on in the dark LOL ... 10 out 10 would buy again
