One of the most versatile garden tools I've ever had. Very sturdy, feels great in your hand and amazing for digging up deep rooted weeds. This is actually the third one I've purchased. I bought one with the serrated edge for myself, one as a gift and this one most recently for my husband so he will stop stealing mine when we are both working in the yard!
I love them both

I bought this garden tool along another hori hori made by a different company. I love them both. I use them to remove the plant and soil out from a root-bound pot for replanting!
One of the best all around tools you can have

In Japan, "hori hori" are actually known as "yamagatana". Anyway, this is one of the best garden tools you can get. I have both the serrated and non-serrated versions of the Nisaku Brand "hori hori" and they work perfect for digging, weeding, cutting, and measuring among other things. Everywhere I know sells these from eBay to this bougie tool boutique nearby me that sells these for $35-55, so to be able to get it on Amazon for $20-25 is a steal.
Glad to have a non-serrated one

Performance is as expected. Glad to have a non-serrated one.
