I have purchased three of these clocks, all via Amazon, and have recommended them to countless of my friends. My children rarely listen to the me, but they largely obey the red light and that is a true blessing that prevents early morning visits. The first clock that I purchased three years ago is still going strong. When I had a second child, I purchased a second clock on Amazon. About a year after I bought it, the second clock that I purchased stopped working and would not turn on no matter what I did. I assumed my toddler had somehow gotten a hold of it and broken it, so I sucked it up and purchased a third clock. The third clock lasted less than three months before it malfunctioned (it resets throughout the day), and it looks like I'm out of both the return period and also the "product support" period, so I don't see any way to contact the seller to see if I can get this clock repaired. After some googling, I located the website of the manufacturer of the clock and submitted a message to the support team via the website but haven't received a response in five days. So to summarize: the functionality is great, but after buying two clocks in less than a year and a half that both stopped working, I'm a little frustrated. It would be great if the product support window stayed open longer so it is easy to resolve any issues because at this point, I think there might be some quality issues with more recent versions of this clock.

This has been an amazing addition to our daughters room! I love you have the option of turning on/off the beeping of the alarm. My daughter will stay in bed until the light goes green. My only 2 things I would love to see is on the bottom is quick instructions on how to set alarm. The other would be have the green light stay green longer. It does stay green for 1 hour after the alarm "goes off." I wish it was 2 hours since there are days that my daughter sleeps past the 1 hour mark of the alarm and will holler at us asking if she can get up.

We got this light not to use as an alarm, but to stop my 3 year old from getting out of bed before 5:30 a.m. It works wonderfully for that. If he wakes and sees the red light he tries to sleep more and checks again later. My only complaint is how bright the lights are. We keep a thin pair of pajama pants over top of the lights and it still illuminates the entire room. He was used to sleeping in pitch black, and now this is brighter than any nightlight ive ever seen. I cant imagine why you would need to use the yellow light ever if the red one is on. Other than the brightness its very well made and very cute. We got the train and my son loves it. He loves pushing the button to set the alarm every night. :)

Perfect. This is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to program & easy for a toddler to understand. Some other reviews were nasty about the paint quality of the figure (we purchased the train) but it's a hand painted item. It's not going to have laser precision...the small imperfections barely noticeable.
We are very happy with this purchase & I recommend this item.

The world's biggest thank you to whoever invented this thing. Out of nowhere my daughter was getting up a million times in the middle of the night, and then fully waking at 5 AM. After living like a zombie for a week I started obsessively googling things that might help and this came up. Took her maybe 3 days to get used to it, but now she sleeps or plays in her room until the green light goes off. It is the best and if it breaks I'll cry and then immediately order another one.
