We use these every Thanksgiving, and they have always worked great! Throw some flour in the bag, then some veggies, and finally the bird. Close it up, cut a few slits, and put it in the oven. That's it! The bags have never broke or tore like some other reviewer has stated. I highly recommend them. Our turkey always turns out moist and flavorful!

The best baking bag out there in the market. I have used these bags for years. I just fixed two days ago some spare ribs. They came out perfect and they brown up fine too. I just take the ribs out of the freezer and run a little water on them and sprinkle BBQ dry rub on all sides and place in the bag (note be sure pull the skin on the back side of the ribs off) and put 1/2 cup of apple juice in the bag and a little flour as directed. Then tie up the bag and poke the holes and place into the oven at 345 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours and you will have perfect meat for any meal. Your family or guest will love the ribs.
