You can't go wrong if you want the best ship to shore protection for your RV. Got the 30amp and it can be a challenge to install. easy to follow instructions, well made. Like the fact that you can change out any of the components that might go bad. Installed it in my 5th wheel, the remote monitor is really handy, give out all the needed information.
Had low voltage at a park and it kicked out while running A/C and gave me a code for low voltage, fixed the problem and it came right back on.
When using generator which has delay it come on and lets you know when the generator delay kick off.

Great product that has already protected my rig by recognizing a reversed polarity condition. My particular unit came with a faulty current sensor that read 0 amps at all different loads. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very helpful. They have after hours support where you call and leave a voicemail message. They got back to me within an hour and sent me a replacement part that arrived in two days. Overall the product itself is great and is worth of 5 stars. I can not do that though, as it came with a faulty current sensor and my initial expereince was more of a 2-3 star rating however, due to their excellent customer service, I am happy to give 4 stars.

This unit was easy to install and operate. I did however install the unit between the transfer and breaker panel thus insuring a problem with the gen set would drop the power out. I also used and old shore power cable I had laying around to install the unit. The only problem I had was the cable from the unit to the monitor panel was a tad short in length. I contacted the manufacturer and they made up a new longer cable for me for a dollar a foot. I was going to use a telephone line I had but was informed by the manufacturer that it had to be a data cable and not a telephone cable

Purchased for my 2004 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel. Had a local dealer install while they were doing some other maintenance on it for me. Digital read out is pretty nice. Tells you how much power is coming in and how many amps you are using as well. What I did notice is when it is plugged int my generator it will not work. You have to flip the switch off on the digital reader to turn off the surge protector so it can work. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it when running a generator. But Progressive Industries does sell a connector to use on a generator that ties the neutral and ground together so it can be used. That will be my next purchase for it.

Easy to install. Well made. Only issue I had was the jack for the display is on the bottom of the case. Which means the wires are exposed for all to see. I wish it was behind the case to hide it.
Also, the display was too far back in the case, which makes it hard to read it at an angle. I would like to see the display flush against front of the case.
