There are already spots I'm worried about rusting since they are bare. Also the way it attaches to the base isn't very secure. I'm keeping it with hope that it will hold up to the weather.

Arrived quickly - product as described - we put an extra coat of polyurethane on it to protect from our Ohio weather. Was heavy enough we thought not to blow off concrete pedestal, but due to other reviews on the weight, we added a bit of plumbers putty on the bottle to protect it - just in case of really strong wind. Very pleased.
