Works but sticks out

The handle works well at braking, but it sticks out so far it keeps catching on things. It is also loose enough to fall off. I had to use electrical tape to keep it from getting lost. Drive should make a handle with a bend in it to minimize catching, with a rubber gasket to keep it on the chair.

Just exactly what we needed. The extra leverage makes it so much easier for Mom to lock and unlock while sitting in her wheelchair.
Good device to have on wheelchair

Good device to have on wheelchair. But inhibits the ability to get in and out of the wheelchair from the side (persons with paralyzed left or right side). Definitely helps applying/removing chair brake.
Great idea

Does what it was designed for. A real help for my hubby to lock and unlock his own wheelchair. I bought it for the left side and Hane now ordered one for the right side. Easier for me too as I don't have to bend over so far to lock and unlock his chair. The only problem is that they stand out a little more and I catch some furniture on it sometimes.
