I purchased this and 238 gms of Miralax as an alternative to Golvylyte for my Colonoscopy prep and it worked like a charm without any negative side effects.
Per the instructions, I took 2 dulcolax, 2hrs before drinking the 1st half of Miralax prep and within an hour it started to work.
Keep in mind I was also on a liquid diet prior to taking and after.
I plan on continuing to use these on as needed basis.
