Exactly as depicted.
Picot edge came off after second washing.

I used this elastic on underwear I made. It looked pretty when I finished putting it on and it was nice to use. However, after the second washing, the picot edging started unraveling and coming off. All that work to make something nice that would last and it was disappointing for that to happen.
