I love it!
Update International's stuff isn't what I'd order for a restaurant necessarily, but it's not bad.

As a former food service worker, when I saw UI products going on closeout at a restaurant supply place, I got quite a few prep items. Their knives I ordered were allegedly the same sort of steel one would find in a Wusthoff or Victorinox, in a design similar to Wusthoff's, but at a far lower price. Having had them for years, I can now say that they were perfectly fine at fire sale prices, but that their heat treatment of blades isn't on a par with the pricier stuff. They're easy to sharpen, but need it a lot more often.
The pots are kind of similar that way. They perform well enough in the short to middling term, but aren't as heavy steel as high quality restaurant gear, and can't be expected to last forever. The real deal has thicker sides and top, and (for example) my old-school restaurant pot has three fat rivets holding the primary handle on, plus four smaller ones for a secondary handle. The equivalent UI has only one handle, and it's spot-welded. I thought the 3.5 quart at $25 was a pretty good deal, and I do still, but it's probably going to have the handle break off one of these years. The design's otherwise solid, and I'm mostly happy with the product, but it's not as durable as it could be.

Heavy bottom , Pours great, heats fast

I got the 2 quart, it is over two pounds with thick bottom. Over 2 pounds. Wanted all steel for use on gas grill and other outdoor stove tops. I cooked a 15 oz can of soup over two sterno cans that had wicks on a small camping type stove. Soup was 170 degrees at 11 min. Handle not hot. The pot pours great, no dribble at all, no spout needed. Very happy with purchase.
