Over all the tub is good not great welds around joining tubes are sloppy and large. The bends that confirms to the engine compartment are off and don't match up to the mounting ends at the exhaust manifold and EGR valve which means this is not a direct fit item. You must careful readjust the bends to make this fit the 4.6 L engine mine was off by a half an inch to long from the manufacturer. I noticed these are stamped made in China could explain fitment.

Installed it on a 1998 Ford F-150 4X4 4.6L and it was an exact fit. Same part as the original factory part. To tell the truth....it was hard to remove the old part and replace it with this new part. (Very limited room) But, this replacement part is exactly the same as the original factory part. If you need the EGR tube connector (Dorman 917-400,Local Ford dealer price, $40.25) you can also find it at Amazon.com. It took only 5 days to receive it with Amazon's Super Saver Shipping. Thanks Amazon.
