It's OK

This is a decent sprayer. I have used many over the years and they stop working after a few years. I decided to stop buying $20 sprayers and get a better, more powerful unit. I have only used it once and here's the lowdown. It's made of plastic, not metal so it can't be left in the sun for long periods, it would never survive concrete contractors who leave them in the back of a truck. The hose is heavy duty but tends to loosen itself as you spray, so look down and check for leaks. The pump itself has a nice thick gasket that really needs to be so tight I thought I might harm it. It kept fizzing and I kept torquing it down. Maybe it will seat better with use, it's a hard gasket. I pumped it up and wanted to spray fertilizer. The spray is not even close to the pictures. It did spray out almost 3 gallons in about 15 minutes, but I had to pump it up every few minutes. I was spraying dilute fish emulsion which is pretty close to water, a tablespoon per gallon. It will be fine for insecticide but I think I could use my drywall hopper to blow out fertilizer and spend a lot less time. It's OK, is it worth $40? Not to me. My old metal sprayers were much more robust.
My last one cost $40 and lasted 7 years but never worked as good as this one

I use my sprayer a lot so I don't skimp. My last one cost $40 and lasted 7 years but never worked as good as this one. The old one only had one nozzle and no inline filter to keep dirt out of it. This sprayer has five nozzles and a large filter (white filter on left of photo) that is easily removed for cleaning. The handle is large and has plenty of leverage so your hand does not get tired. I have only used two of the nozzles. The yellow one is a narrow spray that is good for limiting your coverage to a small area. That allows me to hit all the weeds in my yard with a gallon of spray. The black plastic conic shaped one is for long range streams. It allows me to reach the top ridge of my roof with a mold treatment while standing on a ladder that just barely reaches my gutters. I am 70 and have no desire to climb onto the roof.
Don't waste your time and money. Doesn't live up to its description.

I have purchased, returned and replaced twice and still no success. The price is spot on but the product does not live up to its product description. I wanted a sprayer to spray a water/bleach solution on my sidewalks to help bleach the walkway and kill mold. This is not a thick solution. BUT here's the problems I encountered:
First sprayer -- would not hold pressure. The side valve leaked and leaked. The more you pumped air, the more it would blow out this valve. Returned for new product.
Second sprayer -- would not hold pressure. The pump handle is actually releasing the pressure as I pump. The air is physically escaping from the top of the pump! Very counter productive. I cannot even get the solution out of the nozzle! Really disappointing.Returning for refund.

Product failed in less than 3 months. A factory seem just below the pressure relief valve burst . I intend on contacting the manufacturer to see if they will warranty this item.
05/17/2017 Manufacturer contacted me promptly regarding my issues and offered a free replacement. Also talked with their technical department. They wanted to see if it could possibly be a widespread issue that needed to be looked in to. Upgrading my review to 4 stars. There is something to be said for good customer service.

After only 3 uses of this product, the plunger o-ring deteriorated, making it inoperable. The distributor of this product had no clue, after a 45 min conversation so I emailed the distributor and they told me to call the manufacturer. I have had no reply from the manufacturer. This was a wasted $45.00 purchase. Very frustrated and di ssatisfied!!!!!
