very good and able to understand the material list that I need to start this project very quickly
Very nice shed

Very good instructions. Easy to follow. We used siding instead of what the plans called for. Neighbours have given a lot of compliments.
Great Plans

These plans were just about perfect. Check out the photos I uploaded to see our shed being built from start to finish.
The plans have a cut list, so just take it into the hardware store to pick up your wood. We rented a U-Haul trailer to pick it all up. I think we overloaded it because I almost lost the trailer getting on the freeway. Yikes!
Comparing the quality of this shed I built to the shed kits you find at Home Depot and Lowe's... my build was much better. The kits were built pretty sloppy. It was a lot of work but well worth it.
I spent roughly $2000 for all the supplies (paint, screws, nails, everything). I did certain parts with nails, and other parts with torx screws. If I was to do it all over again, I'd go all torx screws (or square). Never phillips again! They are much easier and better to use... and don't strip... but they are also more expensive.
Are the $15 plans worth it. Definitely! I spent a lot of time finding "free plans" or other paid plans.
The only cons were a couple errors.
- On Page 17, the soffit shows 2 pieces at 72"... should be 4. I'm not sure which was the cut list reflects.
- On page 16/17 on the Side Elevation diagram, E5 should read E7, and E6 should read E8.
- Page 11, in the table. D2 should read D3 for the Gussets
- Oh, Cut the roof sheeting on pages 12/13 BEFORE you cut the Gussets (page 11)... Or you might have to make a trip back for more wood like I did.
Despite the errors, I still gave it 5 stars. We'll call it 4.5 rounded up. It was my first shed and they really helped out a lot.
I see that the company has a ton of different designs and sizes also for sale here on Amazon. At $15 you can't go wrong. Just study them before you buy all the wood and supplies to help make sure you get what you need.
