When even buying a half gallon of milk, I wind up throwing half away. This quart container is perfect for my needs. I only reconstitute 2 cups of milk (16 oz.) at a time, so no waste. It has a wide mouth so, easy to clean. It is sturdy and does not leak when I shake to mix. It doesn't take up any space in the refrigerator. I happen to purchase whole milk powder, as well as fat-free milk powder, from Amazon, so I have the perfect container for whatever milk I need. And I make "2%" by using half whole, half fat-free. Perfect!! And no waste! That makes me happy.

Bought this to make and hold ranch salad dressing. If it were 1 oz bigger, you could mix 2 batches in the bottle. It will still hold 2, but not enough room to mix in the bottle. Oh well.

These containers for my go-to for storage. I have several in the potting shed for soil conditioners and fertilizer, in the laundry room for supplies needed there, and more in the kitchen for dry goods, syrups, etc. plus 2 more under the kitchen sink for bom ami and dishwashing powder. These keep fertilizers and powdered items like borax and bon ami from caking.
