These little packets are filled with tons of flavor, you only need a little at a time, so if you're cooking just for one or two people, each packet will last. Each packet seasons five pounds of Russell potatoes.
I have also used it on chicken, and it has tasted wonderful. The only thing is that I thought it was a bit pricey, other than that, it was all great.
