Very nicely detailed and quality burner. Only complaint I have is that it didn't come with the wooden coaster which is needed to protect surfaces because it gets very hot during use.

Cute! Smaller than what I was expecting and the outside gets really hot when burning charcoal, but it comes with a little disc that you can hold so you are protected from the heat. It was smaller than what I was expecting, but that was my fault for not looking at the description. You can only fit like one coal, two at the most. Other than that, this is a really cute piece to add to my collection and I've been using it a lot in my bedroom. Really Cute!

Bought this based on the reviews and I'm very happy with it! Took the advice of turning the grate upside down and putting the charcoal on top with the incense right on the charcoal and it burns nicely. Yes, it's small but great for my small meditation space. I'll try it the correct way and use a sand base and try burning inside the cavity just to see the difference- I gather it might burn slower being inside. I'll update on that. Don't have sand on hand so that's the reason I used it on top. Thank you everyone for taking the time to review - it really helps make or break a purchase! Two photos enclosed - one of my set up and the other is what I purchased with the burner. Love this smell - it reminds me of a mild sweet Indian spice and it lingers and makes the house smell delightful hours after. Namaste.

Very cute little burner, fits my 33mm discs perfectly. It however came with a little decorative wooden base plate, to set the burner ontop of. I don't think thats a great idea, since this burner gets very hot when burning charcoal discs for resin incenses. I instead set it on top of a ceramic plate, so the heat can diffuse a little better out of the burner without burning anything.

This littler burner is really cool. I had never burned incense before and wanted to start with something small and relatively cheap. This was perfect! It's pretty first off, which is important. Secondly it seems to burn well and work exactly as it should. I did put a small piece of tile underneath it, just in case as it seemed to get very hot. It does have a coaster to set it on, but one can never be too careful. We started with frankincense resin and I love the smell! Smokes great!
