You can tell these are written by someone that is not based in American English. If you have basic building skills, these will make the task easier for you to build than designing your own.
Great dual purpose shed

I needed a plave to store wood that would stay absolutly dry and ready to go into the house. This design fits my needs having storage for wood and by log splitter and other wood cutting tools. The drawings are very detailed and look easy to follow. I am having a contractor friend built it for me because I am only home on weekends. He has looked at the plans and the material list and set piece of cake!

It was not step by step plans. I would not suggest this for a beginner, especially a beginner with no layout/blueprint background. Found the plans missed out on the details for the little things (ie: corner brackets, and especially the installation of the trim).
I love the shed, it is perfect for what we wanted, and it looks fantastic.
