Nice design. Plans are not as detailed as one might like.

These plans are decent but I suspect they have something very similar at the library. I like the design. If I could suggest a change I would add some more pages that explain in more detail and use more illustrations. Also - there didn't seem to be any mention of a foundation.
Poorly Thought Out / Impossible in Areas

I've been fighting with these plans the whole time and wish I'd never bought them. Poorly designed, do not buy these plans.
For example, the roof sheathing calls for 99" plywood. There is no such thing as a 99" piece of plywood.
You'll run into all kinds of stupid design flaws like this throughout the plans. After redesigning all the poor choices and outright impossible layouts in this I have ended up basically redoing the entire plan.

No attention to the foundation at all except to say to spread gravel. Not very well written. A lot of these available for free on the net
