This is a well made and good looking porch swing. We replaced our kid's swings with it once they grew up and are enjoying having it in our back yard. The pre-stained and varnished service was well worth the money.

Easy to put together and hang. It's solid - will last for years. I put 3 coats of clear coat on as added protection. Comfortable too...I've spent hours in it.

arm rest Was broken but I was able to get anew arm from vender very quickly and easily. No hassle Pros- nice finish

Pros- nice finish, mine came stained, light weight, hope it holds. I sealed again to make sure.
Cons- seat depth is only 18 inches, I'm 6 feet so thigh support is lacking

I don't have room on my "porch", so I bought a swing set frame for this and put it in our front yard -- I'm actually glad I did because now we can move it anywhere. The swing is beautifully made. Feels very sturdy and the 5' seats two adults and a child pretty easily-- maybe three adults if you're all slim/petite. We love it and get lots of positive comments on it.
It wasn't too difficult to put together by myself, although I didn't quite understand how the bolts worked at first --a little internet search cleared that up. Definitely have a rubber mallet. I had to slightly redrill one hole because it was just barely off, but that was easy.
