I think these are great for times you feel as though you don't smell as fresh as you should. I've suffered from BV and while this doesn't clear it up (hint try coconut oil) this helps scents while recovering. I also like to use these while traveling or long days or after intimacy. Use them before you shower so pop one in about 15-30 mins before so it has time to dissolve then Shower. You can also use without showering but it melts so you'll probably want to wear a liner.

Have used these in the past with no issues. Used recently for two weeks and had a yeast infection from hell....from the very depths of hell!!! Was told by my doctor to stop using these altogether. Don't know if the formula changed or my vag has just gotten extra sensitive with age but I won't be using anymore.
