Very compact. Hope it's never used ;)
Missing six of the stated 16 items

I made the mistake of buying this, glancing at the contents list, and shoving it in my backpack. Today, months later, I took everything out of the kit and did an inventory.
Of the sixteen items listed, it DIDN'T contain:
4 alcohol wipes
10 aspirin
2 Povidone wipes
4 burn/first aid cream packs
2 clean wipes
1 pair nitrile gloves
Yeah, the label says "contents may vary," but missing over 35% of the contents?
Buyer beware.

This kit is jam-packed with lots of first aid goodies. The only two things I didn't like about this kit -- and they are minor -- is 1) the first aid info on how to use the kit to treat various injuries is printed in tiny typeface on a folded piece of fragile paper and 2) it is difficult to re-package all the items into the kit once you take them out of their various plastic bags and try to place them in the order shown in the photo that comes with the kit. I cut the instruction sheet into six rectangles and laminated them into one foldable piece of waterproof plastic. This was tough to fit inside an already jam-packed kit but I wanted to have a set of waterproof instructions just in case a first aid novice had to use my kit to patch me up.

i am a former navy corpsman with second marine division outta camp lejeune, nc and i fully endorse this med pack. i had to make a few adjustments but it's a very good pack and it hooked up easily to my main pack. MOLLE is always the way to go. HOO-RA FMF

Better than expected. I need to start adding other items to make it complete. Basic first aid kit. Need to add some trauma items. I attached it to a chest rig.
