Only trouble I had was the top Velcro wouldn't stay shut past the third week of wearing it but I used sports tape and it was good with that.

does what it needs to do. Heavy, though. I used it with an EvenUp that slips onto the bottom of the opposite shoe, which made my steps more even and less awkward.

I found this boot very easy to use and adjust. I really like the pump because if I was walking/ moving a lot I could reduce the pressure on the swelling.
I also slept with this boot for a couple of weeks and had no issue there.
Good suort really good price for the quality. The only downside is chaffing on the shin and sides of shin. I put a leg warmer on and the took care of the problem and was better that a sock
