This is EXCELLENT exercise tool for me as I have a rod and plate and screws in my lower right leg. I can jog in place without the pain I feel when running on hard ground. As a "senior" (over 65), and a horseback rider, I expect to use this for additional core strengthening.
My packages were well done and sturdy and arrived within the timeframe given at time of purchase.
I did quite a bit of research before selecting this brand and model.

I love my jump sport trampoline! Very sturdy. Safe even on the nicest hard wood floors. Perfect for lower impact yet rigorous effective exercise. I have hardware in my ankle, and due to arthritis, have been advised to never jump or run. The jump sport trampoline is designed perfectly for those of us who have limitations and have to keep things low impact, yet makes me work up a sweat and get a really intense workout when I want. Can be less or more rigorous, and I don't have to stick with just elliptical and stair steppers like previously advised. Great core benefits, and versatile enough to do either cardiovascular or strengthening exercises. I use for interval exercises, and love it!

This is a really, nice sturdy bar that has changed my jumping practice from nervous to confident. I'm a senior, and with the bar, I can jump a little higher and a little longer without worry. I had a friend help me put the bar on the JumpSport; while it wasn't complicated, it wasn't exactly a snap-and-go installation either. Read the instructions carefully, or have a handy friend standing by! Once done, it hangs the moon, and I would never want to be without my handy handle bar for jumping safety. This is my second piece of JumpSport equipment and my experience has been that they make strong, long-lasting, superior equipment.

i like this for the most part. i got rid of the bar. had it on there for a while but it was missing some screws when it came and i never bothered to go to the hardware store and get some. the bar didn't fit quite right. but, anyway, the trampoline seems like good quality. minimally squeaky. doesn't stink like bad plastic too much. oh! i just looked at the picture of it and i remembered it came with a pad for around the edges/over the springs and the pad stunk so bad i threw it out right away after i opened the box! the worst smelliest plastic smell ever! yuck! the rest of the trampoline didn't smell hardly at all thank goodness, so its pretty good. i wish the springs were adjustable for different tension if that is possible, but its a pretty solid trampoline except for the pad and the bar.
