Absolutely delicious! I tried this marinade on a turkey breast, and I enjoyed it way more than the actual full turkey that we fried. The jalapeño is the perfect pop of flavor that isn't hot. Have never seen this marinade in the store, we typically use the creole butter.

Everybody was raving about our thanksgiving turkey this year. We injected our bird the night before, using this maranade. You could smell a hint of the jalepeño but it wasn't overpowering, nor was it very spicy. It simply added delicious flavors. Highly recommended! Worth it for the price, considering this product is no where to be found in Southern California.
