We bought the women's version and the men's version. The men's version is great 4.5 out of 5. The women's version has much to be desired. First, it was extremely hard to put together. And getting the brakes to work on both the back and front has not been successful. It makes an awful clicking sound on the pedals that we cannot go away. The cables are also very long and keep getting stuck in the spokes and chain. Our only choice is to cut them or leave them be.

The 2 biggest flaws of this bike compared to the men's is the frame. The women's has the top bar dipping down, whereas the men's goes straight across. You'd be surprised that the men's is easier to mount. I'm 5'10 and should have no issue getting on this. I have hurt myself every time. Not user error as the fiance too struggled. I think it's because its so high in the front. We can't get our legs over easily.

The second part is that the men's bike has not 1 but 2 drilled holes to mount water bottle holders and accessories. They are adequately placed on the bar under the seat and the lowest bar connecting to the handles. The women's bike (this one) has only 1 place to mount your water bottle holder. It is also on the lower bar but it's underneath the bar, where you can't reach it without getting off your bike. Also, i'm using a 20 oz water bottle. Every time I turn my wheel it hits my bottle. It's so frustrating and an awful design But the men's bike is an easy and convenient place that they can grab riding or without getting off the bike. Just like women's pants not having adequate pockets, we now can't ride a bike without a man because we need someone to hold our water bottle!

The last complaint is the seat. We have tried and tried to get it adjusted correctly but can't get it to. It slides while you are on it and shifts. The "tip" (part that goes between your legs) points upward. Incredibly uncomfortable.

We are incredibly disappointed that we bought this bike. It really is awful. It's my second Schwinn (first was great minus the tires coming with leaks and holes and was told it was better to buy a new one then tires due to cost). We should have returned it but it took longer to arrive than the men's bike and we didn't put it together right away. We have tried to fix all the issues for weeks and threw the box away thinking we could make it work. We were wrong.

Our advice, skip the women's get the men's.

I love this bike. I have only had it a month. It is very lightweight. I wanted a hybrid, but I wasn't ready to commit to a high cost. I did a lot of research and this bike got high marks in the hybrid class. I'm a neighborhood, trail rider so I didn't want to break the bank on a dust collector. The bike arrived semi assembled in one box. I thought about putting it together myself, but decided against it. I took it to a local bike shop and paid them to assemble it. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 stars in because it wasn't assembled. I'm 5'4 and it's the perfect height for me. This is a good buy

I love the bicycle, but the assembly instructions were lacking. Specifically, they never mentioned the front fender even though you need to add it, and my handlebar stem was disassembled in a completely different way than the instructions expected. The info on tuning the brakes was good, but I had to YouTube the derailleur adjustments to understand what the directions were saying and which were the screws I was supposed to be adjusting.

Bought this for my girlfriend to replace her cruiser. I thought this would be a nice transition to more energetic biking since the cruiser needed her body weight and the prayers of meek to get up a hill. I own the Schwinn Men's Network 3.0 700C Hybrid and they are pretty comparable. The handlebars are ballin and the seat has a neat locking mechanism I've never seen before (it works don't worry).

After spending an afternoon tuning and aligning it, it rode well. We have no complaints after owning and using it generously for a month.

I put stickers on it and it did not go faster. I don't know if the bike is defective or the merchant that sold me the stickers was a liar...

Love my bike!!!! Bought a Nantucket wicker front basket and white cup holder! I get compliments all the time!!!
