I ordered a size 6 and 7 for my 7 year old son. He is small and thin and wears 5/6 and 6/7 in clothing. Both suits look identical and appear to be a quality suit. The 7 suit jacket was too large (in the shoulders and arms) and the pants were too long but it was what I expected. The shirt was tough to button the top button, and this has never been an issue for him. The jacket for the 6 fits him perfectly as does the white shirt (although it would be nice if it were a little longer, but this is always a problem with the dress shirts with suits). No problem this time buttoning the white shirt. The pants for the 6 looked like a size 4/5. The waist was so tiny he struggled to button them and he's really slim and can still wear 5's in pants. They were also too short. I compared the 6 and 7 pants and instead of the 2" difference listed on the size chart it was 3 1/4" difference. Again, the quality of the suit was good but the sizing is very inconsistent. Just for reference here are his measurements: Waist 20.5, Outseam 25, Shoulder 13.5, Chest 29.5, Sleeve 14.5. According to the size chart the Outseam on the pants are 26" so the pants should have been a little long, not short. The waist which was tight was between 20-24" and he is a 20.5 so they should have been loose.

I'm surprised by the positive reviews. This would be a great value if the sizing were consistent. The suit and vest fit my toddler just fine, but the pants are enormous"”the waist is extremely loose and the pants are about six inches too long. On the other hand, the shirt collar is so tiny that I can't come close to buttoning it. Same thing with the cuffs -- they are way too narrow for my kid's wrists. Despite the microscopic collar and cuffs, the shirt is billowy and the sleeves (like the pants) are several inches too long. I realize that kids come in all sizes but the suit comes in a set, and the size of the shirt and pants make no sense considering the size of the jacket and vest. (To be honest, the size of the shirt makes no sense on its own.) I guess if your toddler has a 30-inch waist, long legs, a beer gut, a pencil neck, freakishly long arms, delicate wrists, and you don't plan to use the jacket or vest, this is a great buy. Otherwise, keep looking -- you can do better.

I got this suit in a size 5 for my son who will be a ring boy at a relative's wedding. I took his measurements, checked it against the sizing chart and it fits just as indicated. It looks great, almost like it was tailored for him. The pants are nice with pleats and good details, however, it was a little tight on him. Other than the pants which I'll have to find a way to loosen up, the entire outfit is beautiful, looks expensive, great fabric. So far he has gotten complements from photos of him trying out the suit. Cannot wait until the actual day to show off his outfit!

I got this suit for my son. He just turned 2 and is about 29lbs and about 34 inches tall. I originally got it in the size 2, but it was a bit too big. The pants were long and the vest and jacket were too big. Returned for the XL size which equates to 18 months and this one fits much better. Pants are perfect length and vest and jacket are fine. The vest could be a little longer but it will do.

Over all the suit was of adequate quality. It however was really small. The little one I purchased it for currently wears a size 3. It is getting worn so I ordered the next size up, a 4T thinking it might be a bit big, but he would grow into it. Wrong!! The shirt would not button, the pants were too snug, even the jacket and vest were very snug on his shoulders, neck and chest. I returned it for a size 5. I have not recieved the size 5 yet, will withold further comment until I see how it fits and how smooth the return/refund process is
