It is good product. Does what it promises. The instructions and catalogue, particularly the Spanish version is atrocious. Considering that tortillas are usually consumed by latinamerican populations it is insulting how poorly written this manual is.
Doesn't make indian rotis

I purchased this item because I usually have pain in my neck and right shoulder; it's difficult for me to make indian chapattis. But this product didn't even make rotis thin forget cooking them evenly. It took so long for it to make one roti which dried by the time it came out. I returned it to amazon, my normal tawa works better than this.
