Fabulous Demi-matte Sunscreen on the Cheap!

I'm really enjoying this sunscreen right now. I use it on my hands and arms daily, and it is light, non-greasy, and it dries down nicely. Once it dries my skin feels soft and demi-matte, and there is a very subtle, classic Hawaiian Tropic fragrance that reminds me of childhood. This product is easily removed with soap and water, and does not leave behind any residue. Considering that I was able to purchase it for $4.79, that along with how the product performs means I will absolutely repurchase when I run out.

Whilst in the Bahamas and Florida I smothered myself in this lotion several times per day because I'm white AF, it smells good, and I wanted to enjoy myself... WIN! My pasty, white-girl self transformed into a freckly, sun-kissed goddess in a period of 10 days! (Just kidding, it was more like a half-toasted bagel whose saving grace was the delicious smelling strawberry cream cheese). Either way, 10/10 would smother again!
A tan and some shimmer

I wanted some sun protection for the beach with out the total sun blocking power of a SPF 50 or higher. I did have to get a base tan before using this at the beach but it was perfect. This allowed me to sit at the beach and get a darker tan, and it smells great too. Just a fair warning there is a "shimmer" to this product. It didn't bother me, but can rub off on leather car seats if you aren't careful, I just made sure to sit on a towel.

I love these Hawaiian tropics sunscreen. It was not easy to find from local drugstores/stores. I usually bought 4 bottles at a time to be used for a year. This is not sticky. It absorbed well. I use it everyday. I tried many brands of sunscreen and this is the best. Please do not discontinue this sunscreen. This sunscreen has UVA/UVB protection which is the most important thing.

Tried this and the 30-SPF sport. Protection seems good from both, and water resistance is comparable. I am still getting tan through massive amounts, but not burned. UV is definitely blocked, as I've just found out my Vitamin D is low. Lose-lose proposition there, ha! My biggest disappointment was the smell -- I am over the tropical scent that both of these have, and I really just want that good old coconut scent from my childhood. Still haven't found a sunscreen that's affordable and smells like 1986 -- sadness!
