Ballast was exactly as describe. Had to purchase 2 rivets to mount it to the base but when installed the light worked like new. Start up time is the same as the other 2 ceiling lights in the RV, Recommend Seller and product. Extremely satisfied with part and shipping time.
Works and less expensive than the entire fixture.
