This tea is super helpful in post partum recovery with balancing hormones. I try to drink a cup everyday and can tell a difference if I don't drink it. Definitely recommend for "that time of the month" also!

Love, love, LOVE this tea! Was a little annoyed about the price at first, but paid it because I love it so much. To my surprise, it was actually 3 boxes of tea, so turns out it was a great price haha! Absolutely my favorite tea, and works great for relaxing after a long day with a baby.

Im not used to Drinking tea, so it was disgusting at first. But the next few days I got used to it! My milk supply dried up within 4 days. So happy I didn't have to be engorged!

Tastes very good! And has a nice cinnamon after tone. I would caution that it can stain your mug and leaves a thick ring on the mug

Love, love, love this tea. I originally bought this for postpartum but am getting more use out of it during my periods. I also used this after an IUD insertion to help with cramping. 100% recommend.
