Inflammation hurts. I walk every day. No days off. Sometimes my knees hurt so my friend says to try Red Tart Cherry Juice. I ordered this. I mix a few tbs, some splenda, and a bit of cherry kool-ade with it in a big glass. It makes a very nice drink that goes down smooth. A couple of days after trying this once or twice a day, there was a huge improvement in my knee. like i had taken a celebrex or something. now it's my go-to anti-inflammatory for bursitis, etc. your mileage may vary, but it works for me.

Superb taste, not too tart nor too sweet. This is my first round of tart cherry juice hoping it relieves some of my joint and muscle pain. It certainly gets rave reviews for its qualities. I like this concentrate much more than the packaged juice.Just received today and had to try it immediately. I added it to my iced black tea. WOW,great taste. Love it!

I have used this with vanilla protein powder, a bit of raw honey and ice water mixed up in my blender....yummy! Also made a veggie gelitan (unflavored) salad with a bit of honey and lemon juice. Will also be doing a fruit gelatin salad. Can add to baked deserts. Flavor is powerful - a small bit packs a punch. I love it and it is a fun as well as tasty item to have in my kitchen .

I'm a senior, I use Montmorency Cherry juice as a recovery drink after a work out.
The Country Spoon product works as well as any other I've tried.
As a matter of fact I like it in particular because it's not overwhelmingly sweet.
Very tart, a strong cherry flavor, but the sweetness isn't overpowering.
It cuts my recovery time after a work out by 2/3.

I tend to be analytical about things and look for proof of performance. I trust that this is helping my arthritis based on relief reports by customers and anecdotal reports but cannot definitively say that this product has any medicinal properties. I can say what it says it is, it is. The quality appears to be fine. The taste is as expected although everyones taste differs. It is tart without sweeteners.
