Cross-beams bent horribly the first time we used it; the hardware is super-cheap. I spent about $6 on better bolts and spacers, and now it will actually stay up. At least until something else breaks.

It serves its purpose. It's not a year round canopy and not meant to be. We've had ours up all summer and will need to take it down soon. The color has definitely faded due to the sun but we haven't had any issues with it.

We use this for our 4-H Clubs since our climate is unpredictable and sometimes if we want to do something outside we at least have coverage. Does take 4 people to set it up, but worth the money.
Two were broken

We ordered one, the connector between two sides was broken, meaning the top was a little loose. We sent it back and had a replacement shipped. On that one, the whole side was crushed. Sent that back and bought a different brand. Even if yours came whole initially, I would imagine it breaks easily over time.

The first one arrived damaged so we returned it without fully setting it up because one of the joints was broken. Had I realized it wasn't as described I would not have returned it for another one from the same manufacturer. When the second one arrived my husband unpacked it and set it up and it was then that I realized it was 9' by 9' and the 12 by 12 only referred to the footprint and not the awning itself. It's very difficult to fold down and get it back into the box it came in so it can be sealed for shipping and my husband was fed up so we just kept it. I am extremely unhappy with it, particularly since the area I wanted protected by it is still not fully covered.
