Works great and really blocks the sun. Easy to open and close. I would suggest closing it in strong winds, though, because the post moves around a bit. I would buy it again.

I like that it is a high quality umbrella and fits nicely by the spa. I probably didn't really need one. Although I can say we have used it. During the summer it was nice to be able to block the sun from beating down when trying to relax. My son was in the spa last night and it started raining and I noticed he opened the umbrella. I bought the umbrella right after I bought the spa so that I could have it before I filled it with water. It is nice to have but certainly not a necessity.

The umbrella broke within a month so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out new parts so I could fix it. After I had the unit fixed properly, it broke again within another month. It is made from cheap plastic and metal and needs to be redesigned to be more functional. We wanted this product to last and look good but that was not to be......
